Your Impact

  • Leverage your analytical skills to drive business growth through project development and governance, supporting our revenue goals.
  • Partner closely with Renewals, Channel, Sales, Support, Product, IT, and Operations colleagues to drive alignment and optimal business outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of required system and reporting enhancements, ensuring seamless integration and data-driven decision making.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technology sales, renewals, or related operations, with a strong background in a technology company.
  • Excellent business acumen, with the ability to develop and manage multiple strategic projects and plans with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and build cooperative relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 and ability to navigate multiple systems and tools for comprehensive analysis.
