Business Lead - Incentive Risk Policy

Join the AWS Global Partner Investment and Incentive Team as a Business Lead, responsible for owning and coordinating delivery of strategic, transformational efforts to partner risk and compliance.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global list of customers building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services. As a Business Lead, you will develop new incentive risk policies, own GTM strategies, and communicate partner needs to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new incentive risk policies, including intake and review of business cases, definition and prioritization of business value, stakeholder alignment, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Own GTM strategies for new incentive risk policies and communicate partner needs to internal teams to accelerate partner successes and revenue growth.
  • Develop GTM plans for new incentive risk policies that support all partners eligible for AWS investments through global Channel Partners, ISV partners, and SI partners.
  • Work directly with partners to develop new incentive risk policy structure and delivery plans in partner deals.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate across multiple stakeholders, including AWS Sales, Partner Core, Service teams, System teams, and present to senior leadership on business roadmap.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for incentive risk policy between business teams and technical teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience
  • 5+ years of professional or military experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
