Client Care Coordinator/Scheduler role at Motion, a leading mobility and accessibility solutions provider, requires a compassionate and problem-solving individual to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

  • Welcome, engage with, and meet the needs of clients and visitors on-site, managing and prioritizing telephone and email communications in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Collaborate with Service Technicians and Sales Consultants to oversee client order administration, updating databases and scheduling technician appointments.
  • Coordinate all details to ensure timing, information, and expectations are accurate, transparent, and communicated to all parties involved.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment or customer-facing role, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with people and work with customers to find the best solutions to fit their needs.
  • Ability to navigate any situation in a friendly, empathetic, and compassionate manner.
