About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Care Coordinator to join our team in Ontario. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience to our valued clients, their loved ones, and the community healthcare practitioners that make up their care team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome, engage with, and meet the needs of our clients and visitors on-site.
  • Manage and prioritize telephone and email communications in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Collaborate with busy Service Technicians and Sales Consultants to oversee the client order administration.
  • Update all of our databases and schedule technician appointments and arrange for the pick-up and delivery of equipment.
  • Manage all the details to ensure timing, information, and expectations are accurate, transparent, and communicated to all parties involved.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm all paperwork, such as rental agreements, quotes, and client record is complete and accurate.

Requirements
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment or a customer-facing role.
  • Deadline driven and able to prioritize and manage a myriad of tasks as they come up throughout the day.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating databases.
  • Interest in gaining exposure to the healthcare and personal mobility device industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a client coordinator/scheduler in Logistics Industry.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with people.
  • Professional and flexible communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate any situation in a friendly, empathetic, and compassionate manner.
  • Clean criminal background check and bondable.
