As the Manager, Finance Shared Services, you will enhance and streamline processes within Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury, and Risk Management. Your role includes documenting current processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and leading their implementation. You'll analyze metrics, report on financial performance, assess cash flows, and drive ongoing process improvements. What you will be working on:
  • Document existing finance processes, including procure-to-pay and record-to-collect cycles.
  • Assess current processes against industry best practices to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the Finance and Broader organization.
  • Analyze shared service metrics to monitor performance and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on financial performance
  • Facilitate the implementation of new processes and system upgrades.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure technology solutions meet the needs of the Finance Shared Services Team.
  • Develop and implement robust risk management strategies to mitigate financial and operational risks.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Work closely with AR, AP, Treasury, and cross functional teams to understand their needs and drive process improvements.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to optimize financial processes.
  • Lead assessment of disclosure norms for ESG reporting, ensuring accurate and timely disclosure of relevant metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate ESG considerations into financial processes and decision-making.
  • Provide training and support to Finance Shared Services Team members and related functions on new processes and systems.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.


What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with a professional certification (CPA, CA, CMA, ect.)
  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, preferably in Shared Services
  • Proven experience in process improvements and system implementations.
  • Strong familiarity with ESG frameworks and their application within finance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and one or more ERP systems such as Pronto, Navision, and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across various departments.
  • Ability to drive projects, meet deadlines, and present complex information in an accessible manner.
  • Work in office as per hybrid policy (minimum 3 days on-site per week).
