Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team at MP Accounting and Finance Services Inc. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including preparing reports, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, and implement solutions to improve office efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
