Project Finance Manager

Everest Clinical Research Services Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a successful relationship with Client's Finance Department, maintaining/reviewing study budgets and monthly billing trackers, and performing regular analysis.
The Project Finance Manager will support the Project Management team in overseeing financial and contractual performance of Everest's projects, build and maintain a strong relationship with the Clients' Finance team, and identify out-of-scope activities and overburn of budgeted hours.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting, and 5+ years of experience in Contract Research Organization in project finance, account management, or operations finance roles. They will have strong working knowledge of financial and accounting processes, basic knowledge of medical terminology, and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
The Project Finance Manager will be responsible for managing Change Order process, supporting revenue recognition process and reconciliation with billing, and developing and maintaining other study metrics as needed. They will also possibly supervise Project Finance Analysts and/or Associates.
