Job Title: Finance Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Controller to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Finance Controller, you will be responsible for providing financial management and analysis to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and forecasts to provide insights into the organization's financial performance and trends.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts, monitor variances, and recommend corrective actions to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Internal Controls and Compliance: Maintain and strengthen internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow projections, monitor liquidity, and optimize working capital to support operational needs.
  • Financial Strategy and Decision Support: Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making, investment evaluations, and resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in finance, accounting, or related roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with financial modeling techniques.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
