Job Summary

The Office Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Food Service Director and ensuring the timely completion of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process internal paperwork for HR, including job postings, new hire checklists, and staff orientation
  • Complete weekly payroll and track weekly purchases
  • Create and email client catering invoices and purchase orders
  • Work directly with the Food Service Director to understand financials and deliver actions to achieve success
  • Send out monthly client financial statements and assist with Food Safety & Health Safety Auditing
  • Participate in monthly JHSC meetings, take notes, and post minutes
  • Enter daily cash reports and assist with Catering inquiries
  • Enter all required Franchise reports and complete labour reports as required
  • Post weekly schedules
Qualifications
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Advanced Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and systems
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent writing skills, with a focus on spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure
  • A minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience
  • A clear criminal record check is required for this role
  • Knowledge of a retail & catering food service environment
