About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Vice Presidents in the Patient Services department. As an integral member of our team, you will coordinate various processes and interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Vice Presidents, including coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and preparing documents.
  • Coordinate the tracking of internal approval processes and external requests to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate vacation tracking for the department and identify trends that may lead to conflict.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned, including providing coverage to the Executive Coordinator.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in business administration or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting senior leaders, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Proven ability to perform complex office administrative work requiring independent judgment.
  • Experience in managing multiple calendars, tracking projects, and preparing internal and external documents.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous work experience in supporting multiple leaders.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and project tracking tools.
  • Ability to speak French or another second language.
