Role Overview: As the largest provider of community support services, we are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office and supporting our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks to support the CEO and executive team.
  • Facilitate communication between various departments and stakeholders.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes to ensure effective follow-up.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a non-profit or community service environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
