About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our channel sales efforts in Canada. As National Channel Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships with distributors and sales agents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and sales agents
  • Lead sales teams to achieve revenue targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customer-centric programs and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of sales experience in the electrical industry, preferably with senior-level relationships at distributors
  • 3+ years of experience leading sales teams or manufacturing reps/agents
  • Ability to work 100% remotely and travel 50% within the sales region
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
