About the Role:
As a Channel Sales Manager, you will report directly to the Vice President of Global Sales and contribute significantly to a high-performing team focused on OEM Services sales across the Asian market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the channel sales framework.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to our partners.
- Build and nurture relationships with channel partners.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements effectively.
- Oversee partner onboarding and training initiatives.
- Formulate and implement strategic plans to meet sales objectives.
- Ensure alignment of partners with company goals and strategies.
- Provide training and support to partners.
- Assist partners in marketing and promotional efforts.
- Monitor partner performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Deliver regular updates and reports on partner performance.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure synergy and cooperation.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; technical degrees in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Industrial Systems are also acceptable.
- 5 to 7 years of sales experience, ideally in equipment and/or software automation or industrial controls.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Channel Sales or Partnerships, particularly within the technology sector, focusing on the Asian market.
- Proven success in managing and expanding channel partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, sales, and marketing skills, including contract management and sales strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of delivering persuasive presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Adept at quickly assimilating technical information and crafting innovative solutions.
- Highly adaptable, able to navigate changes and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Teams, and Salesforce; familiarity with SEMI software and hardware standards is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to Asia as required.
