Essential Functions
  • Represent Fitzpatrick and Quadro products in North America, as requested.
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive sales growth in the territory.
  • Develop and win new sales opportunities, working closely with the Director of New Machine Sales - PPT.
  • Manage existing channel partners and appoint new representatives as needed.
  • Provide regular contact with existing customers, supporting service and after-sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on marketing plans, including content development and campaign execution.
  • Ensure the CRM database (Dynamics 365) is actively managed, analyzing territory trends and representative effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Minimum of five years of experience selling capital equipment.
  • Experience managing commissioned sales representatives and distributors.
  • Demonstration of negotiation and sales with senior customer leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and capability to travel worldwide.
  • Aptitude for technical consultation and product configuration.

This is a full-time hybrid role, based out of Waterloo, Ontario. Office attendance is required as requested.
