We're seeking a National Channel Sales Manager to lead marketing initiatives and sales activities for our electrical solutions across Canada.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead marketing initiatives and sales activities for our electrical solutions across Canada.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share through our channel partners.
  • Manage distributor relationships and performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customer-first programs and marketing plans.
  • Monitor distributor orders and shipments, initiating corrective actions as needed.
  • Partner with regional sales managers to resolve penetration strategies and coordinate relationships between end users, channel partners, and our company.
  • Participate in industry events and communicate competitive feedback and market dynamics internally.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of sales or business development experience in the electrical market, with a focus on senior-level relationships and negotiations.
  • 3+ years of experience leading manufacturing reps or agents.
  • Ability to work remotely from a home office in Canada and travel 50% within the sales region.
  • Ability to develop relationships with distributors and assess trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Experience with customer relationship management systems.
