Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech-Language Pathology Supervisor to join our team at Pan Am Clinic. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision and leadership to our Speech-Language Pathologists and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to Speech-Language Pathologists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of our patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and coordination.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based research in Speech-Language Pathology.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
  • Registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Manitoba (CASLPM).
  • Minimum of three years of recent, relevant experience in Speech-Language Pathology, including supervisory experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
