Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Service Leader to join our team at Pan Am Clinic. As a key member of our respiratory therapy department, you will be responsible for supervising the daily clinical service delivery and environmental/operational issues in the designated service area.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and lead a team of respiratory therapists and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient service delivery.
  2. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
  3. Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum of five years recent, relevant Respiratory Therapy experience in a large complex environment.
  • Previous supervisory experience required.
  • Current registration with the MARRT and membership in the Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists (CSRT) or equivalent professional organization.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
