Senior Global Partner Sales Executive

Global Partner Sales Executive sought for award-winning SaaS company in Toronto, driving partner success and growth through strategic sales and relationship-building.
Our client is a leading SaaS company that empowers large businesses to deliver and execute critical projects. As a Global Partner Sales Executive, you will play a key role in helping partners win new business and upsell existing customers to add features and users to the SaaS platform.
You will engage with technology decision-makers to understand their goals, objectives, and outcomes, positioning the SaaS platform as a preferred solution to help partners win business. This role is 90% partner-facing, requiring strong customer-facing and presentation skills to establish credibility with executives.
The company has experienced rapid growth, with a 30%-40% year-over-year increase since its inception. As a Global Partner Sales Executive, you will be part of a dynamic and rapidly growing organization with a strong culture.
Requirements- Closing business and beating targets Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to close deals and meet targets.
- Partner experience Experience working with large partners, understanding how consulting companies operate and position themselves in the market.
- Customer-facing skills Strong customer-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to establish credibility with executives.
- Communication skills Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with customers in the C-Suite & IT departments.
- SaaS sales experience 5+ years of SaaS sales experience working with partners, with a strong understanding of the SaaS industry.
- Negotiation and contract experience Experience negotiating and navigating contracts, with a strong ability to build strong personal relationships.
- Personal qualities Self-starter, result-oriented, high energy, adaptable, and inquisitive, with a BA and/or MBA preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
