Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll provide day-to-day HR support to our team, working closely with HR Leads and the HR Manager to develop and implement HR programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business units to advise and support managers on employee relations, performance management, and best HR practices.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with business units to ensure HR services are properly executed.
  • Analyze and make recommendations on solutions to problems with varying complexity, in accordance with organization objectives and guidelines.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable employment law requirements, company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Plan and organize own work assignments, as well as carry out tasks as required by the HR leadership team.
  • Create HR documentation, including offer letters, onboarding documents, and employment confirmation letters.
  • Process updates in HR systems, including HRIS, ATS, and PAS.
  • Support the annual performance management process, including facilitating employee review meetings and tracking employee performance.
  • Facilitate onboarding activities and conduct exit interviews and related activities as part of the off-boarding process.
  • Function as a team leader on assigned Human Resource projects.
  • Organize and prioritize projects and tasks in an effective and timely manner, setting appropriate priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Handle employee relation issues and investigations, consulting with HR leadership on complex matters and investigations.
  • Conduct cultural interviews with internal and external applicants being considered for employment.
  • Assess and identify trends, proposing solutions to assist the HR leadership team in designing improvement strategies.
  • Work with the Recruitment team to provide support in the recruitment process, developing and maintaining job descriptions, screening resumes, interviewing, and reference checking.
  • Support the Annual Compensation Program by educating managers and supporting employee communication.
  • Provide support for strategic HR initiatives, including research and recommendations, ownership and participation in the development, implementation, and maintenance of initiatives.
  • Analyze and create reports based on HR metrics on an ad-hoc basis, detailing the effectiveness of current HR programs and processes.
  • Provide support for the immigration process, including new hire requirements and ongoing visa and PR applications for new and existing employees.
