About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the enterprise market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share in the enterprise segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers at enterprise accounts.
  • Position and sell Amazon's cloud solutions to new customers and expand our presence in existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute detailed go-to-market plans to drive sales engagement and customer adoption.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline and coach individual sales team members on opportunity development.
  • Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption of Amazon's cloud solutions.
  • Manage customer-facing contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts at the CxO/VP level.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
  • 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management experience.
  • Experience positioning and selling technology to new customers and new market segments.
  • Experience developing detailed go-to-market plans.
  • Knowledge of software development practices and data center/infrastructure/networking technologies.
  • Experience proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer's business.
