Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Robot Framework, and other tools.
  • Integrate automated tests with the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Collaborate with developers to improve test automation processes.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and troubleshooting of test results.
  • Ensure test coverage and traceability to requirements.
  • Develop, review, and execute test automation strategies and frameworks.
  • Conduct performance and load testing to ensure the system can handle expected traffic and usage patterns.
  • Utilize tools like Jira Xray for test management and defect tracking.
  • Adhere to software testing industry best practices and adapt them to client environments.
  • Communicate effectively with business, technical, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software QA with a focus on test automation.
  • Proficiency in Selenium, Robot Framework, Jira Xray, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
  • Experience with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter.
  • Strong coding skills in languages like Python or Java.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with public sector clients and large-scale digital initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of IT implementations using waterfall, iterative/hybrid, agile, and product management methodologies.
  • Ability to mentor and train junior QA team members.
