Our client, a pioneering FinTech organization, is leading the charge in transforming global lending solutions through cutting-edge technology, strategic marketing, and data analytics.

Their innovative software facilitates financing opportunities for millions of consumers globally across various channels and products.

We are in search of an experienced Vice President of Marketing with a robust technological background to become a key member of the executive leadership team.

The Vice President of Marketing will:

  • Steer a cohesive, results-driven marketing initiative across international operations.
  • Formulate and oversee the comprehensive advertising and marketing strategy.
  • Manage marketing budgets aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Establish performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Analytics division to develop insightful dashboards and data-informed strategies.
  • Strategize on the selection of partners, platforms, and marketing tools tailored for diverse regions.
  • Negotiate contracts with external marketing and advertising partners.
  • Define corporate branding and usage standards across the organization and its subsidiaries.
  • Conduct market research to gain insights into customer behavior and market trends.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, establishing standards and approving campaigns.
  • Drive revenue growth by enhancing sales through targeted marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, email management, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Expertise in marketing data analysis and modeling.
  • Comprehensive understanding of compliance and legal regulations for marketing in North and South America.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
