Your Role: We are looking for a Senior Manager of Marketing Automation who will spearhead the development and execution of lifecycle marketing automation campaigns aimed at enhancing lead generation and conversion rates. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire marketing automation process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness while supporting and inspiring team members.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to establish a comprehensive marketing automation roadmap that aligns with customer and partner acquisition strategies.
- Design and implement automated campaigns, sequences, triggers, templates, and segmentation through various communication channels to drive engagement and conversion.
- Develop and manage email marketing initiatives, including continuous testing and performance monitoring.
- Create nurture campaigns to engage prospects and convert them into customers.
- Ensure all eligible prospects are integrated into a marketing nurture journey.
- Work alongside Content, Product, and Channel Marketing teams to optimize marketing automation strategies based on audience segmentation.
- Continuously enhance marketing automation practices by integrating insights from internal and external data sources.
- Implement A/B testing to determine the most effective email content.
- Manage subscriber lists and ensure preferences are accounted for in all communications.
- Maintain integration with Salesforce CRM and assist in incorporating additional platforms into the marketing automation framework.
- Collaborate with management to define KPIs, generate reports, analyze campaign performance, and recommend improvements.
- Monitor campaign metrics and share performance insights with the marketing team.
- Stay informed on best practices and industry standards to enhance marketing automation processes.
- Support essential marketing operations initiatives within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM.
- Create dashboards to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Act as a subject matter expert on marketing automation, guiding the team in best practices and strategies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing strategy and campaign execution.
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, particularly in B2B contexts.
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Automation within the B2B technology sector.
- Proven track record in executing Marketing Automation strategies.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement strategies based on insights.
- Expertise in lead generation, campaign delivery, and marketing automation best practices.
