Your Role: We are in search of a Senior Manager of Marketing Automation who will spearhead the development and execution of lifecycle marketing automation initiatives aimed at enhancing lead generation and conversion rates. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete marketing automation process, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness while supporting and motivating team members.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to establish a marketing automation roadmap for customer and partner acquisition, influencing content strategies to cultivate a robust pipeline of sales-ready leads.
  • Design and implement automated campaigns, sequences, triggers, templates, and segmentation strategies through various channels to drive conversion, product adoption, and customer retention.
  • Execute email marketing initiatives and nurture tracks, focusing on continuous testing, deployment, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure all eligible prospects are engaged in a marketing nurture journey.
  • Work closely with teams in Content Marketing, Product Marketing, and Channel Marketing to optimize marketing automation and nurture tracks based on target personas and interests.
  • Enhance Marketing Automation practices by integrating insights from relevant internal and external data sources.
  • Implement A/B testing on email and nurture campaigns to determine the most effective content strategies.
  • Manage and review subscriber lists, ensuring customization and optimization of email communications.
  • Maintain integration of Marketing Automation with CRM systems and assist in incorporating additional platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to define KPIs, create reports, analyze campaign performance, and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor campaign metrics and share performance insights with the marketing team.
  • Stay updated on marketing automation best practices and strategies, proactively researching and implementing industry standards.
  • Support essential marketing operations initiatives within CRM systems, including lead lifecycle management and data cleansing.
  • Create performance dashboards to analyze campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Marketing Automation, guiding the team and enhancing process efficiencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing strategy and campaign execution.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, particularly in B2B contexts.
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Automation within the B2B technology sector.
  • Proven track record in executing Marketing Automation strategies.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement new strategies.
  • Expertise in database management and marketing automation best practices.
