About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Sales Coordinator to join our team at Arla Foods. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will play a critical role in coordinating and providing administrative support for our sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialized support within the Trade Spend & Promotional Planning system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inputs and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate and manage Point of Sale (POS) programs, including liaison work with Field Sales Representatives on promotional planning.
  • Update and maintain internal and external forms and lists, including customer portals for listings, pricing, promotions, and other related records.
  • Support the dissemination of product specification information and daily business requirements, ensuring timely coordination of information.
  • Develop and coordinate product information guides and associated sell sheets, as well as digital assets.
  • Support the development of Customer Business Reviews, utilizing multiple sources of data and direction.
  • Produce scheduled and ad hoc sales reports to assist in decision-making processes, utilizing internal data and syndicated data.
  • Participate in the planning and organization of Trade Shows.
  • Support other special projects and tasks as required.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with at least two years of experience working in a commercial environment, with a strong background in TPM/TPO tools and planning in-store POS and sampling activities. A post-secondary degree or diploma in a business, marketing, or equivalent field is required, along with a high degree of aptitude with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office suite programs. Experience with Power BI and SAP is an advantage.

You will have a demonstrated passion for Sales, with a proactive personality that enables you to take the lead on key initiatives. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams.
