As a Commercial Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing specialized support within the Trade Spend & Promotional Planning system, relating to inputs and reconciliations, and assessing promotional trade spend to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinating and managing Point of Sale (POS) programs, including acting as a key liaison to Field Sales Representatives regarding promotional planning.
  • Participating in updating and maintaining the accuracy of internal and external forms and lists, including customer portals relating to listings, pricing, promotions, and other related records.
  • Supporting the dissemination of product specification information and daily business requirements, ensuring effective and timely coordination of information.
  • Providing support in the development and coordination of product information guides and associated sell sheets, as well as digital assets.
  • Supporting the development of Customer Business Reviews, utilizing multiple sources of data and direction.
  • Producing scheduled and ad-hoc sales reports to assist in decision-making processes, utilizing internal data and syndicated data.
  • Participating in the planning and organization of Trade Shows.
  • Participating and supporting other special projects and tasks as required.

You will have at least two years of experience working in a commercial environment, with a post-secondary degree or diploma in a business, marketing, or equivalent field. You will have a high degree of aptitude with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office suite programs. Experience with Power BI and SAP will be an advantage.
