About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Coordinator to join our team at Arla Foods. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will play a critical role in coordinating and providing administrative support to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialized support within the Trade Spend & Promotional Planning system, ensuring seamless coordination and reconciliation across the sales organization.
  • Assist in the coordination and management of Point of Sale (POS) programs, including liaison with Field Sales Representatives to ensure effective promotional planning.
  • Participate in updating and maintaining the accuracy of internal and external forms and lists, including customer portals relating to listings, pricing, promotions, and other related records.
  • Support the dissemination of product specification information and daily business requirements, ensuring timely coordination of information flowing back to the organization.
  • Contribute to the development and coordination of product information guides and associated sell sheets, as well as digital assets.
  • Support the development of Customer Business Reviews, utilizing multiple sources of data and direction.
  • Produce scheduled and ad hoc sales reports to assist in decision-making processes, utilizing internal data as well as syndicated data.
  • Participate in the planning and organization of Trade Shows.
  • Support other special projects and tasks as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have at least two years of experience working in a commercial environment, with a strong background in TPM/TPO tools and planning in-store POS and sampling activities. You will also possess a post-secondary degree or diploma in a business, marketing, or equivalent field, and have a high degree of aptitude with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office suite programs. Experience with Power BI and SAP is an advantage.
