Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing bookings, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and process bookings in a timely and efficient manner
  • Take reservations by phone or in person, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Coordinate departures, ensuring passenger satisfaction and a smooth check-out process
  • Provide valuable insights and recommendations to guests, showcasing the best of Montreal
  • Maintain effective communication with online travel agencies (OTAs) and other stakeholders
  • Manage daily accounting and make payments as needed
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure a clean and welcoming environment
Requirements
  • Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism
  • At least 1 year's experience in customer service or a related field
  • Proficiency in software such as Loventis, Otelo, Cloudbeds, and Opera
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingualism in French and English, with a strong command of IT tools
