About the Role:

The Account Executive role at DataStealth is a pivotal part of our Sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities. We are seeking a sales professional with a proven enterprise sales track record, deep cybersecurity knowledge, and excellent client relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Discover and pursue new business prospects through various channels.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of promising leads and opportunities.
  • Understand client requirements and position DataStealth solutions effectively.
  • Create and deliver tailored proposals to potential clients highlighting DataStealth's value.
  • Lead negotiations to ensure favorable outcomes for both parties.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful client solution implementations.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales updates and forecasts to the leadership team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Use market insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Advocate for clients within DataStealth for ongoing service improvements.

Requirements:

  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in enterprise sales within cybersecurity or software.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales processes.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a drive for results.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
