Role Overview:

As a Telemarketing Software Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in our outbound sales division, focusing on educating potential clients and contributing to our significant growth trajectory. This essential position involves scheduling qualified meetings for our Account Executives through proactive outreach. Your performance will be measured by the number of qualified demonstrations you secure. Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging potential clients through cold calls, articulating how our software can enhance their business operations.
  • Generating viable leads for our Account Executives.
  • Developing expertise in identifying key decision-makers and recognizing how WellnessLiving can provide solutions.
  • Managing your sales pipeline and daily activities using Salesforce.

Initial Expectations:

First Month:

  • Participate in a comprehensive onboarding process guided by management and peers.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and team members to learn effective sales strategies.
  • Enhance your skills through role-playing, call evaluations, and initiating your first outreach calls.
  • Aim for 2 qualified demonstrations within your first month.

Second Month:

  • Continue refining your sales techniques with support from your manager and training team.
  • Target 100 outbound calls daily, leveraging peer insights to optimize your approach.
  • Work towards achieving 5 qualified demonstrations in your second month.

Third Month:

  • Further develop your sales capabilities, streamline your daily processes, and aim for 110 calls per day.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of our software, addressing common objections, and managing Salesforce effectively.
  • Achieve a final ramp quota of 7 qualified demonstrations.

Interview Process:

  • Follow-up 45-minute meeting with our Business Development Team Leads for an in-depth discussion.
  • Final 30-minute interview with the Senior Manager to expand on previous conversations.
