Role Overview:

As a Telemarketing Software Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in our outbound sales team, responsible for enlightening potential clients and sustaining our remarkable growth trajectory. This position is vital within our sales framework, concentrating on scheduling qualified meetings for our Account Executives through proactive outreach. Your performance will be measured by the number of qualified demonstrations you facilitate. In this role, you will:

  • Engage potential clients through cold calls, articulating how our software can assist their businesses in attracting, converting, and retaining customers.
  • Generate qualified leads for our Account Executives.
  • Develop expertise in prospecting, identifying key decision-makers, and recognizing how WellnessLiving can provide solutions.
  • Manage your own client portfolio, overseeing your pipeline, opportunities, and daily tasks within Salesforce.

Expectations for the First Three Months:

First Month:

  • Participate in a comprehensive onboarding program led by management and experienced colleagues.
  • Collaborate with peers and Account Executives to learn effective strategies and diverse approaches to the role.
  • Enhance your skills through role-playing, call evaluations, and initiating your first outreach efforts.
  • Aim for a target of 2 qualified demonstrations in your inaugural month.

Second Month:

  • Continue refining your sales techniques, working closely with your manager and training team to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Strive to make 100 outbound calls daily, leveraging peer insights to optimize your daily structure.
  • Set a goal of achieving 5 qualified demonstrations in your second month.

Third Month:

  • Further develop your sales acumen, fine-tuning your daily processes, and target 110 calls per day.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of our software, mastering common objections and Salesforce management.
  • Achieve a final ramp quota of 7 qualified demonstrations.
