About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at 360insights. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure and providing top-notch technical support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage and Resolve Technical Issues: Utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to common infrastructure and network, ensuring timely resolution within SLA response times.
  • System Administration: Perform day-to-day system administration functions, including system provisioning, maintenance, and decommissioning laptops, to ensure the integrity and security of our technology infrastructure.
  • Technical Support: Provide exceptional technical support to internal employees, troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring seamless access to corporate applications.
  • Hardware and Software Standardization: Standardize hardware and software across departments, ensuring consistency and efficiency in our technology operations.
  • Research and Implementation: Research and implement new corporate applications and solutions, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain accurate documentation, including FAQ guides, to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency across the team.
Requirements
  • Exceptional Technical Skills: Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to common infrastructure and network.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Customer-Focused Approach: A customer-first mentality, with a deep understanding of customer service principles and a proven ability to provide exceptional support.
