About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Ann Arbour Consultants Inc. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our sales team.
  • Information Management: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all necessary documents and materials are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including opening and distributing mail, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support our sales team's efforts.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with the sales team, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that all necessary information is shared and understood.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently, and strong attention to detail.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a office setting with minimal supervision.
