What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Demonstrated track record of successful collaboration with various stakeholders
- Solid grasp of recruitment methodologies, including compensation benchmarking and employer branding

- Experience applying DE&I principles in recruitment efforts
