Indigenous Talent Acquisition Specialist

CIBC is committed to providing financial services to First Nations, Inuit and Métis communities. Our experienced Indigenous Banking Team works closely with community leaders and organizations to understand the unique needs of Indigenous peoples and provide tailored solutions.
We are seeking a highly skilled Indigenous Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Indigenous Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for sourcing and assessing top talent from Indigenous communities to support CIBC's business objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract and engage Indigenous candidates
- Building and maintaining relationships with Indigenous community leaders, organizations, and networks
- Providing expert advice to hiring managers on Indigenous talent acquisition and retention strategies

Requirements:
- Must identify as First Nations, Métis, or Inuit
- Must have a strong understanding of Indigenous cultures and communities
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or a related field
