Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Specialist to join our team at Acosta. As a Field Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction in the Toronto territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and improve market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and customers to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and promotions
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
