About the Role:

The Field Sales Manager at Dandurand Group is responsible for managing a team of sales representatives in the province of Ontario, focusing on the emerging Grocery and C&G channel. This role involves developing strategies and procedures to drive growth in the company's portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage daily/weekly route planning with sales representatives.
  • Coach and train sales representatives in the field to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies.
  • Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales initiatives and objectives.
  • Generate and manage sales tracking documents to monitor progress.
  • Identify and maximize sales objectives by territory.
  • Provide a competitive analysis of brand and competitor performance through ongoing market studies and analyses.
  • Monitor and manage the T&E budget through expense reports.
  • Manage regional accounts and independent stores relations and business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • 5 years of experience in team management, personnel supervision, or team coaching.
  • Experience and interest in negotiation and business relations.
  • Knowledge of a CRM.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience and interest in negotiation and business relations.
  • Completed training in the field of wine (asset).
  • CPG experience (asset).

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a car and a valid driver's license.
  • Strong sense of organization and autonomy.
  • Excellent motivator and team player.
  • Motivation, interpersonal skills, initiative, attention to detail.
