We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all tasks.
The Office Coordinator role operates within various areas of the company. This position plans, directs, and implements a variety of programs within the daily operations of the organization. It also rotates through different departments, such as Order Processing, Customer Service, and Procurement, learning and assisting as needed for future growth in the management team.
This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role (Monday – Friday).
Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing the day-to-day operations of the office
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, vendors, subcontractors, and clients
- Respond promptly and professionally to all emails and phone calls
- Prepare and process all project invoices and track expenditures
- Work with and learn each area of the company to support absences and future administrative needs
Education & Experience:
- College diploma or equivalent work experience
- Bright, confident, and personable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, flexible, and dynamic with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to follow office procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Able to work independently with general guidance
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient with Google, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AS400 (a plus)
- Team-oriented
- Demonstrates discretion and sound judgment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with varying priorities
