Our Client:

Our client, a dynamic and innovative organization within the financial industry, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their team in Vancouver. If you are a seasoned Talent Acquisition Advisor with a passion for banking recruitment, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment for various roles in the banking sector and other related positions.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process for assigned roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process.
  • Take charge of talent acquisition activities for the entire BC North and Prairies region while collaborating with other recruiters covering different locations across Canada.
  • Utilize headhunting techniques to identify and attract top talent in the industry.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Must have previous experience working within financial/banking organizations.
  • Proven ability to navigate applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Experience with workday is considered an asset.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model with 2 days in the office.
  • Must have valid driver’s license/own a vehicle and ability to travel to various Vancouver business centers.
  • Proactive and reactive approach to recruitment, with excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with campus recruitment/university job fairs is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong advisory skills with a mature and credible demeanor.
  • Travel required: twice a year to Montreal and Prairies offices.
  • Bilingual in French is an asset.
