Join us at Keep as a Talent Acquisition Analyst, a role where your unique blend of experience in recruitment and human resources becomes the backbone of our commitment to talent excellence. Responsibilities:

Owner of the Intake Process

  • Guarantee a fast and accurate intake process by collaborating closely with hiring managers.

  • Create coherent and compelling Job Descriptions with input from the hiring manager.

Inbound/Outbound Applications Review

  • Support talent attraction and sourcing initiatives across the Talent Acquisition team.

  • Conduct initial screenings to ensure candidates meet cultural, budget, and profile fit criteria.

Funnel Owner

  • Oversee and manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring a smooth process from application to hire.

  • Create and maintain weekly reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Identify and address any issues within the recruitment funnel promptly.

  • Maintain active communication with the hiring team to align on recruitment needs and updates.

  • Implement necessary changes in Job Descriptions, funnel processes, or recruitment strategies.

Candidate Communication and Experience

  • Maintain active communication with candidates to answer questions, schedule interviews, and provide timely feedback.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by guiding them through the recruitment process and addressing any concerns.

  • Review notes, feedback, and interview recordings to make informed decisions.

  • Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates, ensuring transparency and a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Who You Are:

Interpersonal Skills

  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the Talent Acquisition team.
