Job Description

We are continuing to grow our Talent Acquisition team at Publicis Groupe Canada and are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Media and/or Advertising recruitment experience to join us for a full-time, permanent role at Publicis Groupe Canada. Our team works cross-functionally across all roles for Publicis Groupe Canada agencies. Each of us have our areas of expertise, but lean in to support one another as needed.

You will play a crucial role in identifying and recruiting top-tier Media talent to join our agency. You will work closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Manager to understand the business needs and develop strategic recruitment plans to attract the best candidates in the industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the PR and Creative Advertising industry, strong networking skills, and a passion for connecting talent with exciting opportunities.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their team's needs (fostering a strong understanding of their clients, work, team structures, team values, growth trajectories, etc)
  2. Build a strong talent pipeline through various channels, including online platforms, industry events, networking, and referrals
  3. Manage a 360 recruitment process - sourcing, pre screening, presenting candidates to hiring teams, coordinating interviews and managing the hiring process (including scheduling interviews, collecting/ sharing feedback, and extending job offers)
  4. Provide regular status updates to Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers on recruitment for open positions
  5. Maintain various recruitment tracking and reports, and enhance existing reports where applicable
  6. Fully and accurately utilize our applicant tracking system and all other Talent Acquisition tools
  7. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Media/ Advertising recruitment to continually improve our hiring processes
  9. Collaborate with a cross-functional team
Qualifications
  1. 2+ years of related recruitment experience, preferably within Media and Advertising
  2. Prior experience in a high volume recruitment process, with the ability to manage 15-20 open positions
  3. Proven experience recruiting candidates with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  6. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  7. A passion for creativity and a genuine interest in helping individuals find fulfilling career opportunities in the Media & Advertising industry
