Skills and Responsibilities:

•hands-on years of total IT experiences to execute project with minimum years of Agile project execution and digital platform release management experience

•Strong and diverse experience in Financial Services is required

•Actively manage best practices and tools for agile release management, continuous integration and deployment, and provide coaching to business and technology leaders, agile teams, scrum masters and product owners

•Manage inter-project dependencies and platform-level risks and actively address impediments

•Strong written and spoken communication skills with leadership skills.

•Self-organizing, collaborating, reaching out to leadership and able to document as required

•Contribute to resource planning and actively address potential bottlenecks affecting release management

•Experience delivering large and complex projects and programs

•Experience in life insurance/wealth management domain.
