  • Syncing with our hiring managers to understand the qualifications and key characteristics we are looking for when trying to fill our open roles

  • Crafting interview questions and tests (if necessary) for initial round of interviews
  • Filtering all inbound applications, narrowing the pool and conducting initial round of interviews
  • Scheduling vetted applicants with hiring managers
  • Conducting reference checks
  • Facilitating offer letter and salary negotiations and conducting onboarding


This is a part-time remote position.
