Responsibilities

  • Identify target clients, conduct cold and warm outreach, establish business relationship and manage ongoing portfolio of business
  • Work within the company to coordinate delivery to ensure customers' success
  • Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth and value added services
  • Maintain a consistent deal flow to ensure that you are able to meet your growth targets
  • Collaborate with internal matrix partners to bring value added services to clients


Qualifications

  • Previous account management and business development experience
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
  • Business to business sales expertise preferred
  • CRM experience
  • Previous staffing experience is a plus
