In this role, you will be instrumental in creating engaging and efficient conversational experiences for a diverse product portfolios. The ideal candidate is expected to have excellent organizational skills as they will be handling different FAQs input from varied portfolios. Responsibilities: Collaborate with different product partners and designers across various portfolios, ensuring organized and cohesive content development. Utilize shared Excel documents to collect, review, and manage content submissions and creation Liaise with Product Owners (POs) and content strategists in building out conversational flows tailored for each product group. Participate actively in content and design sprints, bringing innovation and creativity to the forefront of all projects. Work alongside UX Researchers to enhance user experience through data-driven insights. Manage the tracking of content updates and generation efficiently while overseeing backlog management for submitted contents.
