About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Designer to join our team at Insight Global. As a Content Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our Digital Sales Tool.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop user-friendly and accessible content that simplifies complex financial concepts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Designers, UX researchers, and product owners
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform content strategy and drive business results
  • Promote open communication and contribute to a transparent and collaborative team culture
  • Manage multiple priorities and communicate content strategy to key stakeholders
Requirements
  • Intermediate-level experience in content design or a related field
  • Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work on an NDA project and lead projects end-to-end
  • Experience with Figma, Kanban, and Confluence
