About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Content Designer to join our team at Lightspeed. As a key member of our Content Design team, you'll play a crucial role in creating high-quality, user-centric content that enhances our product experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Designers and Product Managers to develop clear and consistent product content for new and existing features.
  • Design and deliver customer-facing and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all content types.
  • Conduct content audits to identify gaps in our Knowledge Base and develop strategies to address them.
  • Work in an Agile environment, prioritizing content based on user needs and feedback from multiple teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize terminology and improve the overall user experience.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Content Design or Technical Writing.
  • Ecommerce and/or B2B SaaS platform experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Agile methodologies.
  • A proactive and open-minded attitude, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
