Content Designer

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Content Designer to join our team at Insight Global. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating engaging and intuitive customer experiences for a digital sales tool. The ideal candidate is expected to have excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate on teams and projects based in Canada for the Digital Sales Tool (secure application flow)
  • Transform complex financial concepts and actions into user-friendly, accessible copy
  • Work closely with Product Designers, UX researchers, product owners, digital managers, the design system team, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct heuristic analysis, competitor research, and other forms of research and analysis to inform content strategy
  • Promote and practice open communication and contribute to a transparent and collaborative team culture
  • Prioritize deliverables and communicate content strategy to key stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in UX Writing / Content Design
  • Figma
  • Large enterprise experience
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills
  • Agile experience, specifically working with technical stakeholders
  • Strong sense of cross-functional collaboration and ability to adapt to various working styles
  • Strong communicator, dependable, and a go-getter who can work with stakeholders to drive clarity about user needs and business objectives, advance our design practice, and advocate for the user
