Job Title: Digital Content Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Designer to join our team at CB Canada. As a Digital Content Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered content for our mobile banking app.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, project managers, business analysts, developers, and quality assurance teams to design and implement content strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences to inform content decisions.
  • Design and create high-quality, engaging content that meets the needs of our customers and aligns with our brand's tone and voice.
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure consistency in content and design across the app.
  • Conduct usability research to inform content decisions and improve the overall user experience.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in content design for digital products, with a focus on UX writing for mobile apps.
  • Expertise in mobile-first content design and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Experience working in Lean UX/Agile project management environments and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of interaction design, visual design, and experience working with wireframes, workflows, and information architecture.
  • Experience with usability research, with a focus on content.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with large design teams and multiple stakeholders, including product, business, and technical partners.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Confluence, and Jira.
  • Experience with content strategy projects and a strong understanding of content marketing principles.
