Your Role as a UX Content Design Intern

As a UX Content Design Intern, you'll have the opportunity to contribute directly to the development of GoTo's leading communication and collaboration tools. You'll work alongside experienced content designers, gaining valuable insights into the world of UX writing and its impact on user satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in auditing and documenting product copy across various platforms, including mobile and desktop applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in voice, tone, and style throughout the user experience.
  • Contribute to UI writing guidelines and design system documentation.
  • Participate in usability research activities and translate findings into actionable content design improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • A passion for digital products and a keen understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Experience with writing for digital platforms and a familiarity with content design best practices.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow instructions and contribute effectively to team projects.
